Liability for Damage
The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the camera or loss of accessories.ID Requirement
Renter must provide a photo of one valid ID for verification.Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 48 hours is not allowed; downpayment is non- refundable.Late Return Fee
A fee of P100 per hour will be charged for late return.Extension Policy
Rental extensions are only allowed if the desired date is available.Delivery
Camera delivery and return via Maxim will be arranged at the renter’s expense.Return
Ensure the camera is returned in pristine condition, fully charged, and all photos have been deleted before returning it.Payment
50% deposit is required to secure the desired date. The remaining 50% is due before camera delivery.Privacy Policy

I am fully liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the camera and its accessories, regardless of cause. I agree to cover all repair or replacement costs as determined by the owner.
I understand that a 50% down payment is required in advance to confirm and reserve the rental date.
Delivery and return will be via Maxim (or similar courier) at my own expense.
