Immuni- Tea

This immune boosting herbal tea is nourishing, high in antioxidants, and has antibacterial properties! This is a wonderful blend to add for immune support or when you feel a cold coming on.

Immuni-Tea Ingredients:

· Chamomile – Anti-inflammatory, relaxing, soothing

· Nettles – Nourishing and nutrient dense. Rich in vitamins C,A and B complex; calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron… they call it nourishing nettles for a reason.

· Elderberries – can shorten the lifespan of a virus. Helpful in fighting off colds and the flu.

· Echinacea - Stimulates the immune system and assists the body in fighting viruses and illness.

· Hibiscus, Rose Hips & Orange Peel – High in vitamin C

· Rooibos – packed with antioxidants

· Lemon Balm – promotes immune system health by being anti-viral and antibacterial. Can help reduce a fever, spasms, and cramps.

· Licorice Root – Helps to coat a sore throat and may help ease respiratory infections. 

· Linden – Provides Antioxidants and other beneficial compounds.
